Every piece is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Tapstitch (offices in LA and China; production mostly out of China). That means a few extra days up front and a real human making your thing — not a warehouse pulling one off a shelf. Free shipping over $77.77 because we like the number.

Who actually makes and ships my order?+
Tapstitch — a print-on-demand manufacturer with offices in Los Angeles and China. Production runs primarily out of their China facility (that's where the printers, fabric, and finishing live), with LA handling some operations and US-side support. They print, sew (where applicable), QC, and ship every HECK piece directly to you. We design the garments and run the brand; they handle production and fulfillment. We're telling you out loud because 'Honest' is the first word on the tag.
Why Tapstitch?+
They're genuinely good at small-batch DTG/DTF printing on heavyweight cottons and fleece, with a US presence (LA) for accountability and a China facility for the actual production scale we need. We considered pretending the work happens in a 'small studio' somewhere romantic. We decided that would be a lie, and lying is bad branding for a shirt that says Honest on it.
How long does it take?+
Production runs about 3–7 business days, then shipping is typically 7–14 business days to most countries. So plan on roughly 2–3 weeks from order to door. Tracking is sent automatically once it ships.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — Tapstitch ships worldwide. Duties and customs fees (if any) are determined by your country and aren't included in checkout. For most US/EU orders this is a non-issue.
What about returns / sizing issues?+
Because each piece is made to order, we can't restock returns. If something arrives damaged, mis-printed, or genuinely wrong, email us and we'll make it right (replacement or refund). See the refund policy for details.
Is the free shipping threshold real?+
Yes. Spend over $77.77 and shipping is on us. We eat the cost — it's not a markup trick.
